At BÈTA industrie we supply a complete program of pleated filter cartridges. Our standard is (Beta 5000 99.98% absolute) batch filtration. For batches that need to be filtered very accurately, pleated filter cartridges are often used. Below are the advantages of pleated cartridge filters:

Pleated filter cartridges in different types

The BÈTA Pleated filter cartridges are available in different lengths; 10”, 20”, 30”, 40” and 60”. Our Pleated cartridge filters are also available in different types of material: Polypropylene, Polyester, Fiberglass, Nylon, PTFE and PVDF. Various support materials; Polypropylene, Polyester, PTFE, PVDF and Glass fiber reinforced. Filter Finenesses: 0.2 to 100 microns Beta 5000 (99.98% absolute filtration). O-ring: EPDM, viton, silicone, NBR, FEP. Outer diameter 6”. Single open end, flow outside to in. The flow per pleated cartridge filter is a maximum of 4 m3/h, filter housings are available with 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 to 100 filter cartridges per filter housing.

Production of our pleated cartridge filters takes place in a strictly controlled and conditioned production facility within Europe. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality filter cartridges and therefore to deliver them quickly. The filter cartridges also have various certificates such as: FDA, CFR 21, PDA, Cleanroom, etc.
