Expansion Joints
Flexible expansion joints for every application
Expansion joints are essential for absorbing movement and vibration in a range of industrial processes. Thanks to their flexible design and materials such as rubber and PTFE, they offer a low-maintenance and durable solution. Applications range from water treatment and food production to chemical processes and automotive. Rubber expansion joints are available in various grades, while PTFE, thanks to its non-stick properties, is ideal for resins, adhesives, and food.

Flexible expansion joints for every industry
Compensators are flexible couplings to reduce movements or vibrations. The rubber material from which the expansion joints are made has a long life and is very easy to maintain. The expansion joints are mainly used in edible oils, paints, coatings, resins, water treatment, the automotive industry, soft drinks, pigments, dispersions, cheese, colorants and fragrances, gelatin, MDI, polymers, glues, drinks, solvents, inks, lubricating oils and beer.
Rubber and PTFE expansion joints
At BÈTA industrie we supply rubber and PTFE expansion joints. The expansion joints are available in different rubber qualities, both with and without certification. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a synthetic fluoropolymer or tetrafluoroethylene. This material is hydrophobic, non-wetting, has a high density and can withstand high temperatures. Therefore, PTFE is an incredibly versatile material with a wide variety of applications. It is also known for its non-stick properties, ideal when glue, resins or food is transported through it.
Expansion joints versions
Our rubber and PTFE expansion joints are available in different material types, with different connections and for different working temperatures and motion recordings. In addition, various accessories are available for the compensators. So there is always a suitable compensator that fully matches your production process.
