A BÈTA multi-deck machine has multiple screen decks with different screen openings stacked on top of each other. This allows products to be separated at multiple levels, from coarse to fine. To properly guide the material that has passed through the top screen deck to the centre of the next screen deck, the machine uses a distribution frame.

This frame looks the same as the other frames, but has a convex, funnel-shaped bottom on the inside with a central outlet opening. It also features two inspection openings, so you can easily check the screening pattern and screen mesh during production.
